I am what I am

Just still have few days to start the new job, it is a totally new place for me. Frankly to say, I hate any kind of uncertainties for myself. I do not know how long I will stay in this company, perhaps few days, few months, or few years? Which kind of colleagues I'll have? Are they friendly or wish you died? I haven't this kind of feeling for a long time, it sounds like I've back to my first job after high school grad. But it was a quite bad experiences finally, perhaps I was too green to handle such kind of situation with a lot of conflicts between each others. Or too young with such kind of bad behaviors especially not so care about others feelings or think more about the view of management team. I believe none would like to make others' in trouble nowadays, just need to think more about the others, it would be totally different.
